the location is really good, just a short walk to the historic center. our room was comfy and clean, and we loved having a borrowed european plug adapter. breakfast had a lot of tasty options, too.
only downside was the bathroom setup, which was a bit weird with glass walls and not much privacy. also, we heard some noisy kids running around the hallways during our stay.

We faced a major issue upon arrival, our room was not cleaned. Dirty towels were left behind, and the toilet was in an unacceptable state. While the hotel staff rectified this quickly, it greatly affected our first impressions.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was well worth it.

great staff but some privacy concerns
The staff truly went above and beyond to enhance our stay. They were incredibly accommodating, helping us with custom food requests and providing a European plug adapter. The city view from our room was a delightful bonus, making mornings extra special as we sipped our coffee while taking in the scenery.
The bathroom setup lacked privacy due to its glass walls.

Loved the spacious room that really made the stay comfortable. The mini fridge turned out super handy for keeping drinks cool, especially after a long day exploring. Breakfast had a good variety, offering plenty of tasty options. The location wasn’t too far from the Old Town, only about a 20-minute walk. It felt safe walking around even late at night, which was a bonus. the bathroom setup lacked privacy due to the glass walls. I also noticed some noise from kids running in the hallway in the evenings, which was a bit disruptive. Although I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, I encountered communication issues regarding tram tickets.
